PFL	On-plain and off-plain source of flooding. Added support for Verisk Inland Flood Model for Malaysia and Indonesia in v13.1).
PPH	Precipitation-induced flooding (for Guam, Hong Kong, Macau, the Philippines, Saipan, Taiwan, and Thailand)
PSH	Storm surge (for Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Taiwan
PTS	Tsunami (for Indonesia, the Philippines, and Taiwan)
